- We make a best effort to process your order within two business days, excluding holidays. All orders ship via U.S. Postal Service, to U.S. addresses only. If you'd like to place an international order, please contact us via telephone.
- Privacy & Security
- We will not share your contact information. Sensitive financial information, such as credit card numbers, are not stored on our servers. When you place your order via credit card, contact to our and Paypal's servers are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer), so that an intervening party may not intercept your financial information.
- Returns & Replacements

- Ordering
- The Check Out process has five steps. Once you have your items in your shopping cart and you click the “Checkout” button, you will be asked to provide a billing and a shipping address. You will then choose a shipping method. Our regular USPS shipping method is by Media Mail. If you would prefer to receive your items sooner, you may choose Priority Mail shipping at this point. You will then be asked for your payment information. You may use either a credit card or your PayPal account. For your protection, we do not store credit card information in your account and this information must be entered each time you order. The last step is a final review of your order. Please take a moment to assure that you have entered your shipping information correctly before finalizing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after submitting your order.
- Viewing Orders
- Orders may be viewed by logging into the website, and clicking on “My Account” link, located on the top right corner of the main page. Clicking on the “View Order” link under the “Recent Orders” section will allow you to see the status of your current order. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order with links to your order information. - Updating Account Information
- To update your account information, click on the “My Account” link, located on the top right corner of the main page. In the “My Account” you can change your password, update your billing or mailing addresses, update your newsletter subscription preferences and view your product reviews or wish list.
